About me

Hi, I'm Sarah, a registered psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario.
I value and respect the vulnerability and openness that it takes to reach out for help. I am committed to supporting your pursuit of improved mental health by encouraging healing, growth, and empowerment in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you feel respected, seen, and heard.

You are the expert in your own life. You can expect a client-centered, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy when we work together. We'll draw on techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including: temperament based therapy with supports, interpersonal psychotherapy, internal family systems therapy, and narrative therapy to best suit your needs.
